Additionally, his 6-star weapon is called Durandal, a Chain Sword that empowers his Fire Elements. Roland Flambeau is an S-Rank Fire Vanguard character and Transcendant-type construct who was an enemy boss from the Ascendants Army in the Punishing Gray Raven (PGR) game. Additionally, he uses a Chain Sword as a weapon and can deal element damage of 80% Fire and 20% Physical.

Roland was originally an actor during the Golden Age, and his words and acts are both made in jest and entirely sincere. He was formerly quite active in many different parts of the world.

Later, his frame was badly damaged and remodeled into its current look by a particular Agent after a series of twists and turns.

Roland Flambeau’s Signal Orbs are different than the rest of the game characters and he has also Follow-Up Orbs. Thus, his gameplay is all about using Basic Attack and then Follow-Up Orb to fill the gauge. When the gauge is full, spam attacks until the gauge becomes empty.

The major skills of Roland Flambeau in Punishing Gray Raven, are introduced as follows:

Normal skills:

Red Orb (Swirling Flame):

1st Stage: Quickly performs a downward slash and sweeping attack, dealing fire damage.
2nd Stage: Spins and slashes twice, dealing fire damage. However, it can be triggered after 1st Stage by hitting Red Orb again and need at least 30 Trickery points.

Trick mode: Unleashes a chaotic spin using the chain blades, dealing fire damage and consumes Trickery points. Gains Super Armor during use.

Yellow Orb (Smoldering Kick):

1st Stage: Dash forward and strikes the target with the knee, dealing fire damage. Plus, it also gives Super Armor during use.
2nd Stage: Charged kick forward, generating a shockwave and dealing fire damage and stuns the target. However, it also can be triggered after 1st Stage by hitting Yellow Orb again. Plus, it needs at least 30 Trickery points.

Trick mode: Performs two mid-air kicks to launch 2 fire blasts dealing fire damage and also stunning the targets and consuming trickery points. Gains Super Armor during use.

Note: switch-in will use the 1st Stage attack Automatically.

Blue Orb (Hot Pursuit):

1st Stage: launches an explosive bomb that detonates upon impact, dealing area fire damage.
2nd Stage: Fires an enhanced explosive bomb that also detonates upon impact and pulls targets then detonates for the second time that dealing fire damage. It also needs to be triggered before the 1st Stage ends by hitting Blue Orb again and also needs at least 30 Trickery points.

Trick mode: Slides forward and launches multiple attacks using chain blade, dealing fire AOE damage and consuming Trickery points. Gains Super Armor during use.

Ultimate Signature Skill: Apex Of Trickery

Launches multiple strikes by swinging the chain blade that deals fire damage and activates the Apex Of Trickery mode, granting trickery points and 1 Incinerating Orb.

During Apex Of Trickery: drained every second Trickery points. Basic Attack and Signal Orbs skills are enhanced but drain extra points. Exiting the Apex Of Trickery mode will remove the Incinerating Orb.

Incinerating Orb: Fires multiple Incinerating bullets ahead, dealing fire damage and expends 1 Incinerating Orb. Plus, gives Super Armor during use.

Core Passive: Ark of Deception

He gains Deception Points when Valid Combos are triggered; Roland’s Red/Yellow/Blue Orbs are unlocked when he has enough Deception Points.

Valid Combos: The Basic Attack combo launched within occurs after Basic Attacks deal damage. Each time a Signal Orb skill’s first or second stage is used, 30 Deception Points are depleted to generate 10 energy.

When Matrix is triggered, the next Signal Orb skill cast within 1Os consumes no Deception or Trickery Points.

The 5-Star Numerous Roses (name in china) Chain Sword can be used with the Roland Flambeau without any issues and has the effect of increasing total damage.

The 6-Star Durandal Chain Sword is the ideal Signature Weapon for the S Roland Flambeau and can increase fire damage. In addition, the dodge cooldown is removed. After dodging an attack, the character gains 1 combo of the Follow-Up 2 Dazzling Blade Orb. Triggering it will release the attack to the chosen direction and increase the bonus damage for a few seconds.

Memory Builds:

Jack: Exclusive Set

Jack Set is a 6-star exclusive memory build for Roland Flambeau which empowers Total Attacks and Fire Damage. Additionally, increase Follow-Up Attack damage and Bluff Points gain.

Furthermore, gain energy when entering the battlefield and recover dodge when triggering Follow-Up attacks. After Activating Ultimate, Blaze Orb damage and total Attack increased for a few seconds.
